Chocolate chip cookies - one bite and they've got the majority of us hooked. Anybody in their right mind couldn't resist the mouth watering, tempting taste of satisfaction that chocolate chip cookies hold. It's the seduction of the chocolate and the power of the chip that makes us beg for more.

Here are the different types of chocolate chip cookies that we consider to be the best of the best and available at your local grocery store:

Chips Ahoy - the only chocolate chip cookies that can make you say ahoy during the middle of your workday! In recent years the Ahoy family has expanded to chip, chunky, blast, w.f. chunky, chewy, and sticks. The Elmer Fudge boys better watch out!
Keebler Elves - can these little twigs actually make chocolate chip cookies scary? They might be all fun and smiles, but do we really know what they're baking up their in their treehouse/cookie factory? I wouldn't be surprised if Gandolf and Co. snacked on Keebler Elves as well.
Soft Batch Cookies - these cookies are great, especially when you pop them in the oven or in the microwave, but keep them in the cookie cabinet too long and soft they are no more.
