Belgian Chocolates

Waffles, action stars and now, Belgian chocolates. These are but a few things Belgium is famous for. And Belgian chocolates are some of the world's best chocolate.

Belgian Chocolates

What do you know about Belgium, other than waffles and action stars? Nothing? Well, believe it or not, Belgium is at the forefront of the chocolate industry. One particular brand of Belgian chocolates is known worldwide for its richness and quality: Godiva. Godiva surpasses all other Belgian chocolates, being made from the finest of ingredients. Rival Neuhaus can try all they want but they will never match the intensity of flavor, the delicacy of spices, the perfectly-matched essence of just a single piece of Godiva.

For Belgian chocolates, think...Peru?

Thats right. If it wasn't for ancient American societies we'd all be having our cookies with ...vanilla chips? Who knows, but the great sphere spun on and wrapped us all in a cocoon of sweet-tasting coco delights. And no where is this delight taken to such levels of decadent extremes as in Belgium. Godiva aside, it was Belgium that first thought off chocolate as a gift and it was Belgium who first wrapped various cremes and fillings inside a smooth chocolate casing. Pralines? Yup, they come from Belgium - but Belgian chocolates go much further beyond the Praline:

Its been a long, delicious history spanning every corner and every nook of the globe. The world loves chocolate, and Belgian chocolates are a major reason for that export and continual chocolate love.

From Belgium and beyond

Looking at Belgium and all the incredible advancements they've made in the Chocolate industry, its virtually impossible to ask ourselves whats next? Belgium brought us this far with that hard-coco shell, where will the next chocolate adventure come from? Our guess is NASA...Mars chocolate, zero-gravity chocolate, to infinity and beyond!
