German chocolates, tasty cakes!

Ingerdients:
cake mix
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
4 large eggs
4 ounces sweet baking chocolate, melted
1/2 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

frosting
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup butter
1 can (3 1/2 ounces) flaked coconut, or about 1 1/3 cups
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions ( with german efficiency):

Grease zwie 8" baking pannen NOW!
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, butter, sour cream, eggs, chocolate, milk, and vanilla in bowl. Coconut? NIEN! 
beat with the low speed blender until mixed, dancing rave techno styule and screaming " next aerocraft to Berlin exstacy Love Parade bitte!" This is helping the chocolate feel more German. 
 you are spooning ze mix into ze pans and baking them for ze 35 minuten at 350 jah? you are doing it and loving it and testing it with wooden pick!
make topping in sauce pan on medium heat, cool, drizzle over cakes, and taste for pleasure!



Funky Tips
While any old baking chocolates will do, infuse the recipe with a germanic punch and use specifically German chocolates ( we recommend the Halloren strain - das gud! Making your German chocolate cake with German chocolates is a great way to get extremely FUNKY with your everyday cake!
